Cisco SR2024CT
We bought this to replace a D-Link 24-port switch. The D-Link has fans and about every three years like clockwork the fans start making a loud noise. The switch is in our office, so noise is a problem. I'd blow the unit out with air, but no difference. I liked this Cisco unit because it is a 24-port gigabit switch (the D-Link only had 2 gig ports and 24 10/100 ports) and, best of all, it has no fans.
